Browser/Tab crashes when dragging an item from QuestionPoint

This is an issue in IE8 when dragging images out of a frame.
If you have text selected in the Question Information/Details screen of a selected question and then click and drag an image contained in the details outside of the details window, the browser or browser tab will crash and close and attemp to re-open QuestionPoint.
