Cannot Run Results Manager with a non admin account in Windows 7

Issue:

Install Results Manager 1.0.0.110 as an Admin and then launch the software
Log Off as Admin and Log into a Non Admin account
Launch Results Manager and view the error
This is caused because Windows 7 does not allow the required non-admin access to the Program Files folder.

Resolution:

Run Results Manager as an Admin or use the No-Install version of the software.
