I get an error when I try to launch TurningPoint on my Mac. How do I fix this?

When trying to launch TurningPoint you receive an error stating a component is missing and then you receive an error that states cannot find -"TPsharedlib"

1. Delete the TurningPoint folder in /Applications.
2. Delete TurningPointLIb in /Library/CFMSupport, if it exists.
3. Go to /Library/Receipts and delete TurningPointApp.pkg, TurningPointLib.pkg and SharedLib.pkg, if it exists (Deleting the receipts ensures that the installer is unaware that anything was installed before.)
4. Reinstall TurningPoint for Mac.
