How do I use the application?

Hardware Updater for PC

1. When downloading the application from www.turningtechnologies.com, save the setup.exe file to your desktop.
2. Double-click the setup.exe file to start installation. Installation will place a shortcut on your computer desktop.
3. Double-click the shortcut to open the application.
4. Connect the USB to the computer and the ResponseCard® XR, ResponseCard AnyWhere, or ResponseCard Programmer.
5. Select the Language.
6. Click Update Firmware to begin your hardware update.

Hardware Updater for Mac

1. When downloading the application from www.turningtechnologies.com, save the setup.dmg file to your desktop.
2. Double-click the setup.dmg file, click and drag the Hardware Updater icon to your computer desktop.
3. Double-click the icon to open the application.
4. Connect the USB to the computer and the ResponseCard® XR, ResponseCard AnyWhere, or ResponseCard Programmer.
5. Select the Language.
6. Click Update Firmware to begin your hardware update.
