Issue
When TurningPoint 2008 is opened with PowerPoint 2010 x64 the TurningPoint toolbar is not visible.
This is due to not having Outlook 2010 x64 bit installed. When it is installed it creates a registry key that specifies whether Office 2010 is 64 or 32 bit. TurningPoint looks for that registry key during its installation process. If the key does not exist it automatically installs the 32 bit version.
Resolution
1. Open PowerPoint 2010
2. Select File -> Help
3. On the Right, check if the version of PowerPoint is 32-bit or 64-bit
4. Close PowerPoint
5. Call or email customer support at 1-866-746-3015 support@turningtechnologies.com in order to receive the registry key that corrects the issue.
