NXT Special Character - Fill in the Blank Slide

If you attempt to submit the square root symbol or the euro sign “}” from an NXT to a Fill in the Blank question, the NXT compatible software accepts the response but the symbols are displayed incorrectly. The square root is accepted as a tilde, while the euro sign is displayed as a question mark surrounded by a box.

We are working diligently towards a resolution, however, we unfortunately do not have a workaround at this time. We plan on implementing a fix for this issue in a future release of TurningPoint.
