Office 2010 Crashes after clicking a hyperlink

Issue

Clicking on a hyperlink in any PowerPoint or TurningPoint slide will cause PowerPoint to crash when the next TurningPoint slide is polled and the chart is displayed.

There are 3 work-arounds available to work around this issue.
1. Open the hyperlinks prior to running the presenation.
Do not click a hyperlink to open the page. Instead copy and paste the hyperlink into a browser.
2. Use Responses Only slides.
These slides will not crash PowerPoint even when you click a hyperlink.
3. Use a free add-in called LiveWeb.
