I don’t understand the point total for my team score. How does it calculate?

A team's point value is the point total for all of the participants in the team divided by the number of people in the team.

This can be affected by the Include Non Responders setting in the TurningPoint settings.

Click Tools on the TurningPoint toolbar => click Settings

Choose Presentation on the left.

Scroll to Competition Settings on the right

If Include Non Responders is set to True any participant assigned to a team that does not respond will count against the point total for the team.
