PresenterWare

Issue

You recieve a message "Unable to Connect" when Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone or iPod Touch while running PresenterWare. This issue does not occur on the iPad.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, simply disable Bluetooth on your device and PresenterWare will connect to the host machine as intended. If you continue to have issues please email us at support@turningtechnologies.com .
