Tegrity software doesn't record TurningPoint charts.

Summary

Tegrity is a software application that records a computer screen as well as the professor teaching the class for the students to view through their BlackBoard account. You access the software through BlackBoard and it allows students to view classes that they may have missed or need to view again.

Details

If you use the default recording settings, Tegrity will not show TurningPoint charts.
You need to change the recording settings to have Tegrity show the charts.
This is due to Tegrity taking screenshots of the slides instead of showing the presentation in real-time to save resources.

Resolution

Open the Tegrity Recorder.
Select the course for which you are recording in the drop-down.
Click the "Settings" button.
Choose the option for "Enhanced Recording Mode (more resources)".
Click the "Save and Close".
Click the "Record a Class" button.
This will record the presentation fully instead of taking screenshots.
