TurningPoint.Connect.CTPFactoryAvailable Error

Summary

When launching TurningPoint you recieve the following error message:

System.NullReferenceException: Object not set to the instance of an object.
at TurningPoint.Connect.CTPFactoryAvailible(ICTP Factory CTP FactoryInst)

System.ArgumentException: Font 'Tahoma' does not support style 'Regular'

Instructions

This is due to a Font in Windows / Font folder that is either missing or corrupt. Replace the font.

Resolution

Whichever Font is listed (ex. "Tahoma") is missing or damaged in the Windows / Font folder.

Download and replace the appropriate from the web. Please see the link below downloading and installing new fonts.
