Issue: TurningPoint charts refresh when you present a TurningPoint slide in show mode or when you click on the slide and click off of it in edit view. Any formatting changes to the text box will also refresh to the default when this refresh occurs.
Resolution: This issue occurs when there are tabs in the answer text box. Any tab in the answer text box will cause a refresh when the slide gains focus. Delete the tabs in the answers text box and it will resolve this issue.
R&D is currently reviewing this issue for resolution in a future release.
